WHO’S PAUL?

Vancouver born Paul Hernandez (Pablo) is a hip hop recording artist known for his introspective and igniting lyricism.  Back in 2011, (under the mononym Dezcry) Paul made his debut on Christian Hip Hop’s largest distribution platform ‘Rapzilla’ with his debut single “The Way Things Are”.  Additionally, Paul was requested to feature on Rapzilla’s charity Album “King Culture” (featuring artists such as Lecrae, Grits, Beautiful Eulogy and more) the projects proceeds went towards building a school for students in Congo.

After that, Paul has released several singles with his latest record “That’s Just Me” featuring HumbleBeasts’ very own Braille; as well as his impassioned track ‘Until Then” featuring Chris Cobbins (Trip Lee: “Life 101”)

Paul hones his craft through producing, composing, and performing.   At the crux of his artistry, he is driven by his love for God and the people around him.   Paul’s personal battle and victories over anxiety, his marriage, and journey of faith, have paved the road that Paul harnesses his transparency from.
